Arnie's first wedding

On Saturday we done our first wedding in Arnie, it was a lovely hot sunny day and we had to take the groom and his friends to Warblington church then to the wedding reception in Petersfield after.
In all there were 3 buses, Arnie, my dads westfalia and out friend Steve's westfalia, they all looked great with the ribbons on.

If anyone in the Portsmouth or surrounding area fancies some colourful buses for you big day drop me an email at jimmy@bearbodyworks.co.uk and we will see if we can help you out.

Bestival rocked!!!

I'm back after finally recovering from a very messy weekend at Bestival on the Isle of Wight. Four days of drinking, dancing and not sleeping much soon catches up on you, especially as I'm getting on a bit now ;)

I will definitely be booking early bird tickets for next year as soon as they come on sale, I loved the dance tents even though they were crammed to the hilt with drunk sweaty people. I cant remember seeing many live bands that I've heard of, only Two Door Cinema Club, the others were just random singers and bands but were great.

I only took a few photos whilst I was there with my iphone, i didn't want to risk breaking my Nikon.

Packing for Bestival

Right i just started packing Arnie with all the stuff I need for 5 days at Bestival over the Isle of Wight, I've been looking forward to this since I came back from Camp Bestival. The weather forecast says its going to be hot and sunny all weekend! that's a first this year ;)

So no need for the awning, just the sun canopy for me, then loads of rum, vodka, jager and beers, 10 litres of water and a few t shirts and shorts, sorted!!

I do have 1 tip for anyone going in a car/van next year, DONT USE WIGHTLINK! they are a complete rip off, its cost me £150 return for a 30 minute ferry ride across from Portsmouth. I can see why not many people visit the Isle of Wight as this ferry company don't do anything to help. If you are from anywhere else I would advise you to use Red Funnel ferries as they do deals all the time. That's my little rant over, now I'm going to try and enjoy my weekend away.

Just thought I would add a list of the live acts for the weekend below.
